About the Foundation
Established in 1991, the George Bush Presidential Library Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving the historic legacy of George Bush, 41st President of the United States. In addition to sponsoring its own programs, the Foundation provides program and financial support to the George Bush Presidential Library Center, which includes the George Bush Presidential Library and Museum and the Bush School of Government and Public Service at Texas A&M University. The Foundation sponsors exhibits, lectures, conferences and special events to achieve President Bush’s vision of bringing strong leaders to engage with communities, emphasizing the importance of public service as a noble calling.
